At Lume Design, we begin processing orders as soon as possible so customers can receive their items within the estimated delivery timeframe. Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.

After receiving the item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and meets the conditions listed in our Return & Refund Policy.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or does not accept a package, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, or other costs charged to Lume Design by the carrier, where applicable.
